Jorge was extremely helpful and kind. My charger needed a bit more help than I planned for but he kept me smiling and was quick with communication. The service team got my car fixed up and had me out the door in about 36 hours and that was with shipping time for a part. They gave me a ride home as well when my ride cancelled. I will definitely use them again.
I had running boards put on my GT Durango, it was a little more complicated than I first thought. The service staff and mechanic were very professional and completed the job without any issues.

I was having an issue starting my car with the key fob. My husband had the car sent back to Dodge. The tech's there stated that the key fob was broken. We would have to leave our car there until a key fob was delivered. As the days went past I grew frustrated waiting for the key fob and being without my car.
